The Basic Difference of Motivation and Inspiration
People often think that motivation and inspiration are basically the same; while actually, they’re not. They have different traits and different perspective. Inspiration originates from within each person. It’s their individual and unique ideas that lead them do the things they like and love. Motivation originates from the outside. It’s the things that trigger each person’s inspiration. Although motivation and inspiration have the similar trait to keep people stay active and do the work they love or like, the source is different. So, when people suddenly have ideas to start doing a particular business or they want to create certain piece of art, they’re driven by their inspiration. But when people are facing harsh economic time and they have to do something to cope with that, they’re being motivated. A couple bought a donkey from the market.
On the way home, a boy commented,
“Very stupid. Why neither of them rides on the donkey ?”
Upon hearing that, the husband let the wife ride on the donkey. He walked besides them.
Later, an old man saw it and commented,
“The husband is the head of family. How can the wife ride on the donkey while the husband is on foot ?”
Hearing this, the wife quickly got down and let the husband ride on the donkey.
Further on the way home, they met an old lady. she commented,
“How can the man ride on the donkey but let the wife walk. He is no gentleman”
The husband thus quickly asked the wife to join him on the donkey.
Then, they met a young man. He commented,
“Poor donkey, how can you hold up the weight of two people. They are cruel to you.”
Hearing that, the husband and wife immediately climbed down from the donkey and carried it on their shoulders.
It seems to be the only choice left.
Later, on a narrow bridge, the donkey was frightened and struggled.
They lost their balance and fell into the river.
You can never have everyone to praise you, nor will everyone condemn you.
Never in the past, not at present and never in the future.
Thus, do not be too bothered by others words if our conscience is clear.

Basically everyone can be successful because we have the same resources:
TIME
Everyone, whoever has the same time ie 24 hours a day and 7 days a week. Are we using our time effectively?.
Remember! 1/3 of the time we have we use to SLEEP!, So if now we are 30 years of age, then 10 years we spend on sleeping.
One more thing we should remember about time is that time can not stopped, slowed or repeated. So use your time wisely.
BODY
We also awarded the same body. Besides, we also fitted with the same five senses as well, maybe the difference is only in terms of fat and skinny, tall and short, but all members of the body we have the same function. Do we have to use our body as much as possible? Precisely what we consciously or unconsciously been damage or poison our body? for example by smoking, eating unhealthy foods and so forth. Instead we can use the body to support our success.
BRAIN
Besides having the same Time and Body, we also have the same Brain. The brain consists of a trillion nerve cells, where each cell is able to process information at speeds faster than computer processors!. It has been calculated if we want to make a computer with processing power and memory capacity approaching the human brain, then the computer will have fifty times the size of a football field and as highas the Statue of Liberty!. Based on research, we only use one percent (1%) of our brain power.
